We are pleased that we hired ER Atlanta Engineering and Remodeling, LLC. Alfredo removed shelving from my pantry and painted it. The second job he painted my dining room ceiling and did a remarkable job. I was impressed with his "prep" work doing a very clean job. He also power washed my deck and front sidewalk painting the deck. Again excelling in his work. His bid was lower than expected and knowing he deserved more I added some to his offer for the pantry. Thank you and yes, I would definitely hire him again and hope to do so. He power washed a bit of my drive when doing the sidewalk which I didn't expect and would like to hire him for the entire drive in the future.

Cleaned and stained my unfinished basement. He did an excellent job, was on time and met all my requirements. Also very pleasant and courteous. Anything I asked he was willing to explain the process. He also stained my deck and stairs leading up to the house. I recommend him highly.

My husband and I contacted ER Atlanta Engineering as they has so many positive reviews. Within minutes of our request we received a call back. The owner came out to give us an estimate that same day! The estimate was fair and he agreed to meet our short deadline. Upon completion he asked that we look over. Very professional, incredible work ethic, and excellent communication. Best contractor we have ever used. We are painting our entire house, interior and exterior. It s a relief to know we can depend on ER Atlanta Engineering to exceed our expectations.

I hired Nestor to paint my bathroom. He was extremely thorough and did a great job. He is very patient and pleasant. He also did other small odd jobs. Very good!!

This project was more than simply drywall. It was a small amount of framing, drywall, plumbing, electrical, painting, and laying vinyl plank flooring. I have worked in an office for my entire career. I have dabbled in all of this as a homeowner, and I am not particularly good at any of it. When I hire a pro to perform this work, my expectation is that they will do a better job simply because of repetition. This was not the case with ER Atlanta. Nestor is a likable guy but lacks either the skill or motivation to do the work properly. Firstly, he did fine on the framing and electrical. On the drywall, he did a poor job sanding and left holes in several corners. We pointed these flaws out and there was modest improvement. We will likely repair and repaint. When laying faux wood planks there are some simple rules that anyone that has done it once will quickly learn. There are a limited number of wood patterns. You need to stagger the seams and never lay identical planks next to each other or it will very obviously not look like wood flooring. This was completely lost on them. We had to make them pull up the floor and do it again. As a result, we had to buy an addition $300 worth of flooring. The other issue with the floor is that the door threshold molding was simple glued down with construction adhesive. The molding is designed to snap into a metal track. They did not do this because they did not leave a gap for the metal track and decided to take a shortcut. The molding came up immediately. I will have to fix this myself. Finally, there was setting the new toilet. The bathroom tile was replaced with the plank flooring. This left a gap between the floor and the toilet flange. This resulted in the new toilet not sitting on the floor. Rather than resetting the flange or raising it as an issue, so I could hire a plumber to do the work correctly, they simply squirted an inch-thick glob of caulk under the toilet. It looks awful and the toilet wobbles. I will have to hire a plumber to correct this which will probably be another $300. I am disappointed that Home Advisor does not allow you to upload pictures of the finished work. It would be far more enlightening than anything I can write.

I hired Nestor to install my new floor in my house. He did a great job. He is very professional, friendly and viable person. I am definitely going to call them for my next project.

After the first month the main partner quit his company ER Atlanta. Then several weeks after that the rest of the company quit the job as well. WITH ALL OF THE WORK UNFINISHED. They were very nice and pleasant at first, until money was received. Then they abandoned the job. They left my house in shambles after paying OVER $60,000. None of which has been refunded by them, all of which I will have to go to court to have it returned.
