She is very professional and aware. she asks the buyers needs and stays within their perameters. She makes the buying experience a positive one, she's very upbeat. She's very detail oriented and understands the different levels of the real estate industry (short sales, foreclosures, etc.) She is very experienced and well educated. When you express when you don't like a property she acknowledges that and does not continue to push.
