Went as expected.

We had to replace a shower door, which another company had botched when they brought us green glass for a white marble bathroom. Troy was super detailed and clear about what I would be getting and their price was better than the first company that was a nightmare to deal with. Troy gets A's across the board. The shower door is beautiful and was less expensive than what the other company had charged us. Our second was to replace a mirror. I called around and the price was 23% more expensive than others were charging. We ended up going with someone else.

The serviceman showed up on time and performed the job quickly and efficiently. I wrote a check and he was on his way. Job well done. BTW, I called the glass doctor and they were going to charge $300 for the same job that Diamond Glass charged $185 for.

They came to install the mirror and then I saw that it was cut too roughly so you saw the etches, so I wasn't too happy, but then they took it back to the shop and they redid the whole thing and it came out really, really good. It was good customer service. They fixed the problem that they had.

Appointment for initial measuring & pricing went as promised, a couple of weeks later appt. was scheduled for delivery and installation of glass, installers arrived at promised time, were very professional. Great experience and very happy with finished product.

Extremely happy this Diamond Glass.  Their price is orders of magnitude cheaper than anyone else I called but their service and quality are second to none.  They came out same day to measure a cracked pane, gave a firm price and scheduled the repair.  Estimate was fast and efficient.  When the installer came out he was done in less than an hour.
Exactly what I want from a contractor.  Fast, efficient, quality work at a great price.  Highly recommended!

Diamond Glass was professional and responsive from the very first contact. An estimator visited our home within two days of our initial phone call and provided a detailed proposal by email later that same day. The installers did a great job replacing the shower panel the following week, and we could not be more pleased. We will be using them again soon for the exterior window projects.

They called me quickly and said they had the glass. They did such a great job. The service was the best that I have used.

They were very willing to work with me and they gave me an excellent price. They definitely had the best price. The quality was terrific and I had no problems with it. It was ready when they told me it would be. They knew what they were talking about. I would definitely use them again.

Company rep estimated the job and took detailed data for the replacement windows.  The crew showed up on time and had the new windows installed in less than three hours.

One window was a bit difficult for the contractor to get to so it took longer than expected but he was finally able to accomplish it. Very happy with the work performed. Would call them again in the future.

They came out when they said they would to measure. They delivered it on time as well. They did a great job. I have used them for about three years.

This was an excellent experience.  When they came to measure, they not only took accurate measurement, but also made sure to check the width of the interior cross bars so that the new windows would match perfectly.  They were very efficient and professional. They removed the old window segments, installed the new, and cleaned up in a very short time.  At the end, you could not tell which windows had been replaced.  I agree with an earlier assessment of their work -- "Their personal sales call to ensure accurate measurements, their timely, quick, and clean installation, and their fair price were all very impressive."  I would definitely recommend them.

They came out on a Sunday which was the same day we called them with the problem. It took less than an hour to fix the problem and the window has not leaked since. The price was a bit high for me, but I am satisfied with the work.

EXTREMELY PROFESSIONAL, PUNCTUAL AND REASONABLY PRICED. FINISHED THE JOB WELL IN TIME. WE HAD A MINOR FOLLOW UP PROBLEM AND WERE VERY RESPONSIVE.
