Description of Work: Installed internet and cable/cablecard for TiVo. Didn't show up on time but did give me 3 months of Showtime for the delay. Confusion over the cable card by contractor. When CC rep showed up, he knew what to do and set me up right away.

 + -1 moreI have been with comcast for 5 years and counting. I always get great service from their on location service providers. My internet connection stopped working on this day and I spent quite a few hours trying to get it back up on the phone. I wasn't successful. They guided me to the this location and the people over there were so friendly and efficient! Hooked me up with a new modem, free of cost! and I had my internet up and running in no time at all. Thanks for letting me share this with y'all!
