He has always been good. He is honest, dependable and he does a good job. The floor is not wet, they are not yucky and you can walk on. He is good. It is the same guy, he owns it. He is a little steep but it is okay, it's worth it. I prefer to stick with him. He is good with responsiveness.

I have been using him for five or six years and his name David Otto. He comes out when he says he would, his prices are reasonable and he does a very good job.
