Female owned business serving Fulton and Forsyth counties since 1995. Our technicians are 5 Star Certified ChemDry (only) technicians. We offer a premium carpet cleaning service, state of the art equipment, using non toxic cleaning solutions - people and pet friendly, so your carpets are "Cleaner.. Drier.. and Healthier.." Angie customers, military and senior citizen discounts. All of our products from start to finish are green certified, with minimum water usage so carpets are dry in 2 hrs. We move all small pieces of furniture, vacuum, pretreat and thoroughly clean with ChemDry's truck mount extraction and powerhead for maximum soil removal. ChemDry's cleaning offers excellent reduction of mold and allergens, resists resoiling and restores and renews your carpets. . Can offer guaranteed quotes over the phone in most instances. We like to be thorough in explaining our way of work and price, so the customer knows upfront the price he/she will be paying with no surprises.

Incredible job! Extremely professional and did a fantastic job cleaning our carpets. We have a couple of puppies who (inevitably) had made a mess on some areas of the carpet, and they did a wonderful job of cleaning the carpets. Our floors look better than when we moved in!

The provider arrived right on time and after listening to what I wanted done surveyed the carpets and told me he could do the job..(I had hired another company about 6 months ago and they did a terrible job)..I trusted him as he had a guarantee if I was not satisfied he would stay there until I was....No need for that as he cleaned my 24 year old carpet perfectly....It is clean, smells fresh, and is protected.....He brought back a lot of the color and did it without soaking the floor..He got rid of some pet stains that the other company told me would not come out...I am very pleased with the job he did and I would recommend that if you are looking to get your carpets cleaned you use these people...It is a family run business and not part of a large uncaring chain......

Pat and Connie are very helpful. Pat was very professional and explained how their service worked. The carpets were very clean for the most part and now have a stain repellant on them. When Pat returned later due to a discovered severe urine stain in the living room, he treated the area promptly even pulling up the affected carpet and removing the padding. He later returned to reinstall the carpet and ensure that smell had been removed. I would definitely use Chem Dry again!!

I had a pipe burst in a rental property and water flooded an area of the house. The carpets were soaked on 2 floors and the basement. They returned my call promptly, gave me an rough estimate over the phone & showed up about an hour later. He stuck to his estimate and was very upfront about the costs of leaving fans on the property. He even went back out and checked up on the conditions of the carpet a couple days later. Great service and very nice people to deal with. I now have them on speed dial if I ever have a situation like this again or for when I need my carpets cleaned.

We contacted Chem-Dry via an e-mail and described the carpet area to be cleaned. Connie responded in a timely manner with an estimate for the procedure. We arranged a satisfactory service date and time. The technician, R.J. called ahead of arrival and arrived on time. He did an excellent job cleaning our carpets and removing some stains that we had been unable to remove. The carpets were virtually dry when he left. Overall, a most satisfactory job. We would use them again.

The initial cleaning worked great, but one of the bad spills came back. When I made the owner aware, he promptly returned and recleaned the area and it has remained nice ever since. Incredibly professional, great job and outstanding customer service.
