Pat and Mary did a superb job on my carpets. At my request they carefully checked for dog urine spots in carpet, and found a number of spots . My granddog has incontinence, so it was as I suspected it would be, despite my best efforts to clean fresh urine with dog urine solution. They treated spots with special enzyme to draw urine out, and then cleaned my 3 rooms very thoroughly. Very impressed with them. Carpets look great.

They arrived on time and went straight to work moving the furniture that they needed to. They worked quickly and efficiently. They were polite and visited while they worked, but never stopped working. They used a dry chemical on the carpet so everything could go right back where it belonged and we didn't have to wait to walk on it either.
