A SVC CONTRACTOR CAME OUT. REPLACED WATER CONNECTIONS WITH IMPROPER SIZE PIPE & FITTINGS, CUT WASHER DRAIN PIPE BELOW GRADE-WASHER NO LONGER WORKS, DROPPED AND BROKE NEW WATER CONNECTIONS, CAUSING LEAKS. DROPPED NEW HOT WATER HEATER, CAUSING SEVERE DAMAGE TO THE HEATER, BROKE EXTERNAL VENT, PUT HOLES IN SHEET ROCK AND LEFT IT IN THIS CONDITION -LEANING ON THE WALL.
