Travis has a way of finding good investment deals, knowing how to fill them with reliable tenants, and.... he is also very good at tenant relations and keeping not only myself happy but the tenants, too. He's freed up so much of the time I used to spend pulling my hair out ; not knowing who to call for maintenance or what to do with a troubled tenant. Bolt Property Management is highly recommendable for any and all of your real estate needs.
Description of Work: Bolt Property Management manages + or - 10 of my investment properties in the Johns Creek/Alpharetta area. Bolt Reatly, LLC is also my listing and selling agent whenever I am purchasing an investment property in metro Atlanta.
