Jackie and her team were AMAZING!! Had a last minute urgent need for a deep clean and not only did she squeeze me in and accommodate but she and her team showed up, ready to work, went above and beyond and turned my apt in the sanctuary I always wanted. No part of the apt was left untouched, she even organized the Tupperware draw!!! I have a new fav cleaner and I will recommend and call Bella cleaning moving forward. I am grateful and thankful. Very frustrated, disappointed, i am injured and she does not care. I gave her chances to come back out to complete the job and all she stated was sorry and then told me it would be an extra $15.00 to make the bed.

I found clothing items missing after using Bella Cleaning Service. I confronted her by email and she denied. Did not use this service again.

The Bella Cleaning team we’re very prompt when they came to clean. They cleaned my entire home from top to bottom thoroughly and in a timely fashion. When I came home after they were finished my house that that fresh and clean smell and everything sparkled. I will definitely be using their service again

Jackie was very understanding and flexible ! We scheduled a one time "move out" cleaning. Our movers had not finished with moving all our stuff out when Bella came, on time, at their scheduled time. Jackie was understanding and willing to reschedule for a Sunday morning to return and clean the house for us!! She understood things don't always go as planned and was able to make it work for us!!! Both Jackie and her assistant were troopers that day!! Worked very hard on a deep clean for my daughter at her home in Alpharetta. We scheduled a recurring visit and are very hopeful that the same service will be given at that appointment. Money well spent. It is very important to us that domestic helpers spend the entire time working and not hurry through just to "touch" everything. I believe Jackie will do just that.
