They worked with the fireplace company in installing and connecting the new switch. The Bell co. was on time and priced well.

The main reason I had them come was to install this specific outlet in addition to the upgrades. They installed all the outlets but they forgot to do the outlet furtherst away and that was the one I needed. I have a stair lift that needed to be installed but I had to have an outlet within reach to the bottom of the stairs and when he did put it in he said that if a dog or anything rubbed against it there could be a fire hazard. He did upgrade the system and that would be an A grade but he did not listen to my request and for that I had to give an F grade. I'm handicapped and this is what I needed the most. They might do a good job for somebody else but for me they didn't listen and because they didn't listen I could not install the stair lift which was imperative for me to be able to use the downstairs of my home.

They installed the outlet without bring it up to code or informing me to the new code and chance of fire.

I WOULD SAY THAT THEY PERFORMED REAL GOOD SERVICE, AND PERFORMED IT IMMEDIATELY
