I knew the service would be great when Tonya (a human being) picked up the phone on my first call. I was able to send photos and get a quote via text. I made an appointment for Monday, but they called me later and said they had a slot open up today, so I got same day service. Josh was friendly, punctual, and knowledgeable. I will definitely use them again.

TOP NOTCH SERVICE! Tanya with Balanced Garage Doors was super courteous and pleasant when I called to schedule an appointment. On the day of my appointment, Josh called 30 minutes prior to arrival to let me know he was on his way. He arrived on time, and was professional, polite, and respectful. He is very knowledgeable, and explained each issue so that I could understand why I had the problems with my garage doors, and what needed to be done to repair them. He gave me a quote prior to doing the service, and once I accepted, he then worked quickly and neatly. I will definitely be using Balanced Garage Doors again, and I highly recommend them! Ask for Josh! He is the best!

Kevin came the next day and did an excellent job. He gave me three options for the repairs--kind of a good, better, best sort of thing. I went with the best, changing out both springs, the side brackets, the center bracket and all the rollers. I had an Angie's List 15% off repairs coupon and, with tax, the total was $458. The repair was done quickly and after all the "builder grade" parts were replaced the door works smoothly and is quieter than before, at least for a garage door. Again, Kevin did a great job and I would highly recommend Balanced Garage Doors.

After using multiple other companies we were not happy with over the years, this is the 3rd or 4th time we have used Balanced Garage Doors and have been extremely pleased with the low pressure, relaxed approach and the high quality of service. Glenn had been our service tech a couple of times at our previous home, so we did not hesitate to call and ask for him when we moved to our new home recently and had some garage door issues. He explained everything carefully, explained both current and future service options for later on (if needed), and completed the work in a very neat and timely manner. Would not hesitate to call this company and request him again in the future if the need arises, and would highly recommend them to any of my family or friends if they asked.

The technician was punctual, helpful, knowledgeable, and friendly. He repaired the cables on my 50 year old 16 foot wooden door and left everything as it was before the breakdown. I will use this company again for sure.

Our garage door spring broke and the door started to come out of the tracks when we manually opened it to get the car out of the garage. Glenn came out on a cold and rainy Saturday night and got everything fixed and put back together. He was very friendly and knew exactly how to tackle the issue even though we do not have the easiest set-up. There was a small issue with the door "catching" that we noticed the next day, so I called into the office and they sent Glenn back out and he took care of the issue. This company was a true pleasure to work with.

The entire process from Glenn coming out to give us a quote to Guido installing the new door and opener was excellent. Both Glenn and Guido were very knowledgeable and professional. Glenn answered our questions, gave us options, and never tried to up-sell anything. He even suggested that one option, that would add to the cost, really wasn't needed for our installation. The work was done promptly and just as promised. Guido has been installing garage doors for several decades and his experience showed in the quick and quality work. Glenn even came over at the end of the installation to check on the installation, show us how to use the new opener, and make sure we were satisfied. Of course, we aren't expecting to need any service but if we do they will be our first call.

Glen was VERY professional, and friendly. He made a few adjustments to our door that have it running better than ever. Pointed out a few other things that could be fixed, but let us know these weren't urgently needed. (We appreciated that there was no pressure for an "upsell".) We would highly recommend this company, and would DEFINITELY call them next time!!
