We are extremely please with the service and attention given by Balance Garage Doors. This is the second time we have used them. This was to repair some emergency damage due to us inadvertently backing into our door before it was up the entire way. They contacted me soon after I called and set up my appointment early the day that we needed the service. I had to fly out of town later that morning and the tech was here early to be sure he was done quickly.

The garage door would not stay closed, indicating it might be a sensor problem. Glenn came the next day and showed conclusively it was not the sensor but rather something wrong with the 10-year-old opener. He installed a new one within an hour and all is well. Would definitely choose again

The work was scheduled promptly, the installer kept me informed as to when he would arrive, and was on time. He was courteous, professional, gave good advice, and executed quickly. He cleaned up after and made sure I understood how the product worded. I would definitely use this firm again, and highly recommend them.

our garage door opener died about 3pm. Used Angie’s List to quickly ascertain prices to have the opener replaced, with or without me getting the opener. got a good del at Sears on my way home from work and at 11 pm send a message to Glenn via Angie’s List. When I woke up he had already answered my questions. we went back and forth and negotiated our deal. he was able to get to my house within 30 minutes and started immediately to do the install. He was efficient and ameable. Finished work in about 2 hours and make sure everything worked correctly. All cars were programmed and good advice given. I’m amazed how quiet my nw garage door opener is, mainly due to the care put into doing the install correctly. will recommend Glenn and his company without hesitation.

I would highly recommend this company. Extremely professional and great customer service!! The technician was extremely knowledgeable and had the issue figured out after being there for only a few minutes. Had the necessary equipment/parts to fix it and my garage door was working in no time!
