WE ADDED A BABY CRIB AND CHANGING TABLE TO OUR REGISTRY AND 2 DAYS LATER MY MOTHER-IN-LAW ATTEMPTED TO PURCHASE THEM FOR US. SINCE SHE WAS OUT OF STATE, SHE CALLED OUR BABIES R US TO MAKE THE PURCHASE. SEVERAL HOURS AND PHONE CALLS LATER, SHE WAS CHARGED 3 TIMES, THE CRIB AND CHANGING TABLE WERE APPARENTLY PLACED ON DISCONTINUED STATUS WITH NO WARNING, AND NOBODY SEEMED TO CARE. AFTER FAR TOO MUCH WORK WE WERE FINALLY ABLE TO GET A CRIB AT OUR STORE AND THE CHANGING TABLE AT ANOTHER. THE CUSTOMER SERVICE WAS TERRIBLE AND WE WILL BE SHOPPING ELSEWHERE WHENEVER POSSIBLE.
