It went very well. I was very pleased with his work. We are using him again very shortly.

The failed flashing around a large picture window had failed letting in water that subsequently rotted the window trim, and the lower window sash. I called a number of vendors for help, and of the few that responded to my inquiry, all except for Atlanta Property Matters wanted to replace the entire window at significant cost. They responded quickly to my inquiry, and came out to assess the job at exactly the time we had agreed. Andrew was very detailed in his explanation of what would have to be done and the materials that would be used. I could just tell by talking to him that, not only was he going to fix my problem; he would do so in a way that i would never have to worry about it again. A professional and detailed estimate followed soon after our conversation, and we scheduled the work to be done. It took several weeks for work to begin, because the weather just wouldn't cooperate. However, over those weeks, Atlanta Property Matters stayed in constant contact, and kept me informed. When the weather finally did cooperate, Andrew arrived on time, and did a magnificent job, using the best available materials, at a very fair price. I seldom have experiences with vendors that are this positive. I wish everyone I dealt with did things this way.

We moved in to our house in October and had a few months that we used him probably at least once a month, it's not, you know, more like once every couple of weeks for everything. The owner of the company comes out and does the work himself, except for the plumbing, they have a separate plumber to do the plumbing work but the guy who owns of the company comes out does all the work so it's good, feel like you can trust them and he does great work.

Completed job in estimated time frame and within budget. Will definitely use them again!
