We can handle a variety of home maintenance, cabinet installation, caulking, crown molding, deck repair, drywall repair, gazebo repair, general carpentry, gutter cleaning (up to 2 stories only), hang window treatments, minor painting, pressure washing (small jobs), repair and upgrade tasks. Services we frequently provide for homeowners include: assembly of cabinets/shelves, rotten wood repair, siding repair, tile and grout repair, vanity installation, weatherproofing and wooden fence repair.

A professional and detailed estimate followed soon after our conversation, and we scheduled the work to be done. It took several weeks for work to begin, because the weather just wouldn't cooperate. However, over those weeks, Atlanta Property Matters stayed in constant contact, and kept me informed. When the weather finally did cooperate, Andrew arrived on time, and did a magnificent job, using the best available materials, at a very fair price. I seldom have experiences with vendors that are this positive. I wish everyone I dealt with did things this way.
