I called at least 5 companies before I called Boris and he is the only one who came the same day to look at the issue I had - that is no air conditioning on the second floor of my house. He explained the pros and cons of fixing or replacing the unit and came back the day after to instll the new unit. It was fast, well done, and affordable (compared to another offer). I strongly recommend Boris!

I called around 11am to schedule and wanted someone to come out today because I took the day off from work to get the issue taken care of.  I had to leave a message and then he called back within 20-30 minutes and was able to schedule to come out between 2-4 today.  The visit and diagnostic was $79.  It turned out the leak was because the part of the drain pipe that screws directly into the handler was loose quiet a bit and all that really need to be done to stop the leaking was to tighten it back up (which made me feel dumb) but there's also a small part of it that is physically broken and they weren't sure if it could be fixed because of that (the alternative would have been replacement) but they were able to screw the pipe back in place very tightly even with the broken piece.  Since the coil was really dirty I went ahead and had it cleaned while they were here and the total came to $164 for the visit.  I was very pleased at how fast they came out and with the job they did! I would recommend them and would use them again!

Friendly person, on time, and his prices are below another local company I inquired with.  He took the time to work around my schedule as I was juggling a doctor's visit, picking up a child etc.  He made it happen.  We will be using this company in the future for the above reasons.  When checking 3 systems, the 2 nd and 3 rd systems are billed at a lower rate.

We had been hanging onto the old one for as long as possible, but we knew we were on borrowed time.  He was aware of this as well, so we started talking about what we were looking for in terms of SEER and efficiency.  We collected 4-5 quotes and the reliability and quality of the selected units were just not there.  The other providers did not provide as prompt of service either or tried to talk us out of our intended thoughts.  Boris was able to promptly install the new unit and  get it up and running within a reasonable amount of time.  They are very honest, hard working team who asked for a fair price for their work and efforts required removing an old dinosaur of a unit. I highly recommend ASAP Heating & Air for your air conditioning needs!

I used them again, and can't fully express my satisfaction. ASAP are very honest, reliable and trustful. I had other company checking my AC and they found a lot of issues costing me about $1200 .Having some doubts, I called ASAP and sure enough, there was minor issue. Highly recommend !

I was very impressed with my entire experience with ASAP and Boris. He contacted me right away and fit me into his schedule within 2 hours of my call! He showed up and asked me what happened, and when I explained that it started with my circuit breaker tripping, the first thing he did was walk me through what I should do if that happens again. Then the went outside and they fixed my old Lennox unit right up! They were quick and professional- wore booties when entering the house. Also, they did not try to sell me anything I didn't need, which has happened to me with all the other HVAC companies I have used in the past. He warned me our motor is very old and may need replacing at some point but he did not push me into buying a new unit. Overall, this was an EXCELLENT experience and I will be using ASAP for all my future HVAC needs!
