First impression in their shop was great, very friendly and knowledgeable.  Was quoted $55 sf installed for the Cambria I selected.  Template making went fine but when they called to order the product I was told there was a 3-4 week lead time.  Since I really wanted this product I agreed and gave them 50% cash down payment.  Sent numerous emails requests during the 3-4 week wait and usually had to email them 2-3 times before getting a response back.  The day before installation I looked at the invoice (should have looked at it sooner) and realized I was being charged $66 sf.  My emails inquiries were never returned. Product came in and had it installed. LOVE the product, installation was  fine. Asked the owner (came alone with the workers) why I was charged $11 sf more than the quote and he started with bullnose edge costs more, cut out for the sink, bla, bla, bla....   Really??? You would quote someone $55 sf and not include cutting out a sink and I believe I was told the bullnose edge added $4 sf, not $11.  I then mentioned we had received our new cabinets for the laundry room and want the same Cambria, and I would need about 20 SF.  He said let me call and see if they have more of this lot left so I can reserve it for you and install it once the cabinets are in. I said great.  After his call he told me they do have one more slab available and if I want to reserve it I will need to pay 50% down.  I said 50% of 20 SF right? and he said no, you will have to purchase the entire 40 SF slab.  REALLY, and who gets the rest of the material??  I've never heard of having to pay DOUBLE for unused material before.  I told him no thanks.  Then the final straw, when I went to pay with my Visa,  NO, NO, NO, we do not take credit cards!!!!  What?????  What kind of business does not take credit cards.  All I know is I am glad this experience is over and I would NOT recommend Art Rock Creations to anyone.

The work that Art Rock Creations did was wonderful. They take pride in the work that they do for their customers. They cared about what I had to say, and answered every question.
