+ -1 moreThe dryer was installed incorrectly and in an unsafe manner. They utilized the wrong dryer vent tube within the dryer. They crushed the hose vent behind the dryer to half its diameter. The office was very pleasant and not useful. We'd call and be asked to call back. Or we were told we would be called back by a certain time - say 2pm that day. When we called the next day at 10 am, they would ask us to call at 11. Then they would take our information all over again, then not follow up. We spent 10 calls and 2 hours in contact and achieved nothing. We eventually had Sears out. They confirmed the problems and installed properly.
Description of Work: They delivered the Sears Kenmore Dryer and installed it.
