I would defiantly recommend these guys.
All of this happened after they finally showed up a week after the scheduled start time. Sure there was a storm and they wanted to get some easy work, that's fine. But they didn't call to let me know they were not going to show up. After being stood up three separate times and being told it was miscommunication on their end (unbelievable) I negotiated a discount of $200. At final payment, they said they could not honor the discount. It seemed there were a dozen other little things I didn't like about their service from leaving trash on my lawn, forgetting to grind 2 out of 3 of the stumps, and almost walking off with my rake.
I'd say they used good staff to actually cut the trees, as they seemed to do a nice job and were efficient (except for felling a limb on my driveway).
Management deserves a "D" rating.
I would suggest that with any tree service, you get it in writing that they are not to (or strive not to) damage your property. Arbor Cut did not provide the level of service I expected and caused more damage in the long term.
