No, Here's the certified letter I sent to the owner John Apollo-10 days later and stilll no response. I am dissatisfied with the quality of service, the lack of communication, and the condition in which my yard was left. Before the work began, I asked about the impact on my yard, but received no response. The repair site was left full of rocks, tree roots, holes, and red dirt. The sewer cleanout is crooked, and the ground is uneven with a deep hole around it. Grass seed was scattered on damaged, uneven areas and on top of existing bushes. Despite my request for a follow-up on March 17, 2025, and your promise that someone would visit on March 25, a worker showed up on March 20, but left without addressing the issues. The damage remains unresolved.

Responded immediately to my request, John Miller is a first class professional, highly skilled, honest and most trust worthy, The work was done promptly and efficiently, even in view of an unexpected setback. Pricing was fair, no doubt that I would employ him again.

Apollo Plumbing LLC is the most knowledgeable and professional company , and I am extremely pleased with their work. I highly recommend this reputable company! After using their Jetter to clean out debris, they used a specialized camera underground to locate the problem. I was told the problem was a pipe in the house, and they repaired the leak. Apollo Plumbing is the only company I will ever call. Reasonable prices, and Prifessional work!

Contacted Apollo Plumbing and received prompt response and excellent work at a very reasonable price. He was not in my immediate area but responded right away. Works all over metro area. I'd highly recommend John at Apollo Plumbing for all plumbing needs but definitely call him for any major drain repairs, clogs, etc. He will treat you right!

A friend referred me to Apollo Plumbing. I called and he gave me a price, day and time he would be there. He showed up on time and finished the job in a relatively short amount of time. I paid him a fair price, then submitted the bill to the water company and received a credit!!! Great service!

Was super nice, but did not solve issue.  Instead had us install three new toilets (almost $1000.00 in all, including parts and labor) and we still had the issue.  Ended up with a sewage backup later in the year, resulting in significant loss in the main level.  Issue was still there - had an issue with ventilation.  This was solved by a third plumber.  Very disappointed.

Very courteous. Knew very well what he was doing. He shut off the water and the wster heater. Turned the back on after he was finished.

When I first reached out to John and told him the situation, he provided immediate advice over the phone on how to isolate the leak so I could get water t the rest of the house.  He gave me a rough estimate on his time of arrival, and called me 45 minutes before his arrival to tell me he was on his way.  He showed up on time.  Isolated the leak, and fixed the ruptured water line in less than an hour.  
Absolute no nonsense Plumber.  He was quick to help, and quick to fix.  His prices were easily $100 or more less than any other plumber I called.
I would ABSOLUTELY recommend John to anyone needing plumbing services, and his business card is now permanently saved in my home repair ledger.
