It went great. Byron showed up on time. He far exceeded my expectations. He took great care to center the chandelier and make it a good height for the picture window. He is a perfectionist. He also took great care with the layout for the track lighting. After 6 months, one of the track lights stopped working, and he came out and fixed it at no charge. The problem was a factory defect, from lights which I had purchased at Ikea, not through him. There was no reason he needed to give me that service for free, but I sure appreciated it. He was very fast and quiet, so as not to wake my sleeping baby.
