Vert flexible. They are highly skilled. The owner Dean really goes out on his way to explain the repair and he check it out and said you don't need that repair,in short He is very honest. The shop is immaculate. Highly recommended them to others.

First I emailed the company and within an hour I not only received a response, but I received a break down of cost and an explanation of how their diagnostic fee works. I only dealt with Dean (I hope I have the name correct), but he was very attentive, explained what needed to be done and WHY. I have more work that needs to be done, I will definitely bring it back.

Dean Wilk and his professional mechanics at America's Service Station, Alpharetta, Georgia have been taking care of our cars since 2010. We have two great cars and our strategy as we approach retirement is to keep them till they can not possibly be maintained (then we buy our dream cars!). Dean's team provide routine maintenance and are quick diagnosticians. If there's an unanticipated issue, they call us with the details before doing any repair, and they answer our questions clearly. That is, in language we can understand. The premises are immaculate. Comfort and an array of amenities are available when we choose to wait on-site for a brief job to be completed. One of the best surprises we've had is on three occasions the team ruled out problems we were concerned about. "No it doesn't need that. All it needs is..." They've saved us thousands of dollars over the years. Their professional ethics are impeccable and of course trust means everything to us. Dean is personable, flexible, and after eight years feels like a friend. This comfort with Dean and his crew makes maintenance and repairs so much easier for us. I trust the owner. They very honest. He refunded some money when he repaired my car and the same problem occurred again. The shop is always spotless. They do a good job. They get most repairs done within one day. They have solved most of my car problems.

They are extremely honest. They send me emails to remind me about some things that need to to be done. They don't push like other mechanics. They are very fast. They also sometimes send some one over to pick me up.

They have been servicing my car for 5 years, and they are very good. He does good work, sometimes they are high or comparable, but they take care of you, and they take you back home, or to work, then they pick you up to collect the car. They are very friendly, and the whole staff is great. I won't take my car anywhere else.

this location has been taking care of our cars for over six years. They do a great job in a timely manner. I always feel as though I am getting an honest opinion of the problems and the best ways to deal with them. I never feel pressured or as though I am "being sold." These are friendly people doing good work at a fair price.

They completed the work within one business and were quick to contact me with the initial diagnosis and an estimate of the cost. Work was completed as planned and withing the original cost estimate. While they identified other areas that will require maintenance in the future, they noted the work could wait given our low mileage trend with the vehicle. No problems since the work was completed.

Service was great. They were honest and finished when they said they would. The car is running great. I had taken it to another shop and after 8 hours they couldn't determine what was wrong. America's Service Station found the issue and fixed it in the same day.

They are excellent. They will come pick you up if necessary and take you back home after you drop off your car as well.

Overall expererience was top-rated. As I have learned to appreciate from this service station, the work was professional, reasonably quick and thoroughly tested. All sevice items were confirmed in advance along with a detailed explanation of the work neeeded, the reason for the work and the final cost. Any additional work/cost is reconciled in advance and there is never any surprises.

They are very responsive. They have a warranty on their work. So if there ever was anything I needed to return for, they will re-repair it quickly and they won't charge you.

I wouldn't go anywhere else! He's great and never overcharges. In fact, he gives me the exact charge before the work is done.

They are very good. They get high ranks from me. I have used them for 2 of my cars over the years because they do a really good job. I check their prices. I think it is very reasonable, which is why I have stayed with them. I think that they explain what is wrong in layman's terms, which is really helpful for females that don't understand mechanics of car. It is nice. I really have been consistently pleased with them. I would use them again in the future.
