Great company, Ken the owner, is very responsible and haas great communication skills. The quality of the work provides was great and we have no complains , he took care of every detail related to his part of the project. The custom window seat with built-in storage was flawless.  I provided the dimensions and Ken did the rest.  He maximized the storage capacity based on the sizing restrictions. I knew from the start that Ken had a passion for this type of work.  No many people realize this, but not all walls are constructed the same.  There is a better than average chance that the walls in your home are not square (they should be, but rarely are).  This is of particular concern when you are installing "built in" cabinets or in our case a window seat.  Ken knew exactly how to make a perfectly fitted piece (window seat) fit into an imperfect opening.  We have received so many compliments from neighbors and friends about the new window seat and cushion/pillows (the seat cushion/pillows are a better quality than store bought).  You can tell by the quality of work and responsiveness to detail that with Ken, the customer is not just a "job" but a relationship.  Alpharetta Custom Cabinets can build whatever it is you want, can meet whatever timeframe you need and the quality of work is second to none.

In my master bath I wanted  a double vanity with a tall cabinet between the sinks, as well as a make-up area and a wood panel in front of my soaking tub.  Ken helped me design the space, and then built custom cabinets that fit perfectly in the spaces.  I chose to have white painted cabinets with shaker doors and a cutout design for the kick plate.  The finished product was beautiful and the finish was flawless.  I did not have my sinks purchased prior to our design meeting and did not realize that the square sinks that I wanted came in a larger size than I allowed for.  Ken graciously modified the base cabinet to accommodate the sink I used. 

The kitchen cabinets where of a similar design as the master bathroom, with the exception of having a traditional kick plate.  The overall layout of the kitchen remained the same as the old one except for the deletion of a workstation desk and the addition of double ovens.  Ken used the pictures I found on the internet and my thoughts on what I wanted the overall kitchen to look like and designed and built the perfect space for my family.  He made some of the upper cabinets a few inches deeper to accommodate larger plates and chargers, and some of them taller to give the visual interest. The lower cabinets where customized with a pull out trash drawer/cabinet, and cook top cabinets a little deeper to give more visual interest.  The wall with double oven, microwave, and refrigerator where all customized to accommodate the appliances that I purchased.   Ken built a center island with large farmhouse legs to accommodate seating, I did follow his suggestion to paint the island gray instead of white like the cabinets and I love the contrasting color.

I am very happy with our cabinets and would highly recommend Ken. 

Ken and his helper were so easy to work with.  Absolutely no stress.  Everything finished on time and the cabinets are beautiful.  Ken kept me updated and always came on time.  I will absolutely use him again and recommend the company highly!!
