Great!!!!!!!!!! After a couple of incidents of forcing my USB chord in the bottom of my phone (to charge the phone), the connection was finally shot. My Iphone stopped charging. In the past, I would give it a second thought, I would go right to At&T and get a new phone. But with the prices of new phones being what they are, contract extensions for such a long term......I decided to pursue a repair. What a great surprise for me!!!!
I took my phone in to Bob Knows Phones and met George the owner. After telling him what was going on, he looked at the bottom of the phone and he instantly knew what needed to be done. He said it would take about an hour and he'd have me on my way.
Pushed for time, I returned right at the 60 minute mark and he was finished and I was on my way......at a price far less than a new phone from AT&T and NO contract commitment.
Outstanding service and I highly recommend.
