Arrived within given window. Very professional and efficient. Replaced Torsion spring. No issues

Best service ever.  Called in the morning and Michael was able to come the same afternoon.  Replaced both springs in about 30 minutes.  He also showed me another potential problem to keep an eye on - I will be sure to call him when that part needs replacement!  Very pleasant and courteous.  Would highly recommend.

Great - very friendly and competent!  We were very happy with his work.  We had to call him back to straighten some of the rails afer the install, but he was easy to contact and came right away.

It was awesome! He made a recommendation that I go with a more insulated door and I'm so glad that I did. On our coldest days my garage is actually warm and it is saving me money on my electric bill as every time I open my doors warm isn't gushing out and vice versa so the value is excellent!
He was efficient, provided excellent customer service and cleaned everything up.

Great Experience.  Garage door was stuck in the down position.  He came out same day and diagnosed the problem.  Tried to fix it with a used part to save us money but it was not compatible with the remote so he had to order and came out 2 days later and repaired the door.

My problem was that i had a garage door that was opening and closing on its own.  When Mr W arrived I told him that I thought I had set the opener while a neighbors car was going by.  He reset the opener and did some needed lubrication.  He returned and check the wiring to the wall switch, rewired the switch and the door has operated perfectly.  Mr W was professional , courteous  and got the job done.

It was positive experience. They were able to come out pretty quick. There was one technician here doing the work.  Everything has worked fine since then.

We bought a house with very old garage door openers.  We were willing to buy new openers, but Michael advised that the ones we have are fine even though they are old.  He did some adjusting, lubing and etc, including another controller and the doors work fine now.....He is the best all round service guy I have ever encountered.

I like that we were able to get them very quickly and he worked with my schedule. They're uncomplicated and fine.

the owner came out and told me I did not need a new door but both doors needed reinforcement on the top panel.  He said the previous homeowner skipped that step.  He came back 2 days later and installed reinforcement on both doors.  We are very happy he was so honest to tell us that we did not need to replace the door!

We would use him again and would recommend him to others.

Michael is very knowledgeable and experienced in the garage door business. He was professional and courteous in performing the work, which was completed quickly and expertly.

Michael immediately identified the problem as a broken bearing and recommended a repair as opposed to replacement with a new door opener.
The repair was completed in approximately 30 minutes or so.

Michael took his time and did a very nice and clean job and there were no surprises. He also fixed the installation of the old sensors as they had a loose connection. He worked with me on scheduling the work at a convenient date and time.

The gentleman proceeded to check and rewire all the panels and sensors. He inspected the main PC board on the garage door opener for shorts and possible surge damage. He also replaced the main control panel on the wall with a new and better model. He was here about two hours and did an neat and efficient job. He was courteous, professional, and now the door seems to be working fine. I was very satisfied with this company and would recommend them and definitely use them again.

The service was good and the guy that came out was efficient. Their price was standard. The quality of work was efficient and good.
