+ -1 moreExcellent customer services. Visited multiple bikes shops, riding and testing bikes but Alpha took the time to explain the different bikes and encourage riding them. No pressure, very relaxed, no snobby salespeople, strong customer service approach and not just looking to make a sale. Went with a classic Schwinn Cruiser, which had to be special ordered. Salesman Mike called to keep me posted on status of order and bike was delivered earlier than expected. Outstanding experience
