Aladdin came back after 10 yrs to put more installation in the attic. i had work done in the attic thus the installation was disrupted. The young men were professional, polite, wore their mask. They were on time and did an exceptional job and they even vacuumed the steps and the room leading to the attic. I will recommend Aladdin to everyone who speaks of the services Aladdin offers. Also the installation reduced my air-conditioning and heating bills a great deal. Itâ s rare to receive such excellent services.. Midge Thornton

Charlie is a stellar businessman. He thoroughly reviewed what was needed to upgrade our home insulation and explained the installation process. The quote was very reasonable. The installers, Hector and Eric, were prompt, polite, professional, and conscientious. When they had completed the project and vacuumed, Hector explained what was done, shared photos of the install, and asked for questions. This company oozes quality! Charlie is professional and knowledgeable about what we needed in updating our insulation in an older home we purchased a year ago. When I walked into the attic after they finished the project today I could feel a tremendous change in temperature. I had used Aladdin several years ago to install windows and insulation at my previous house. When I recently moved and noticed the need for insulation they are the only company I called. The 3 guys that came out worked efficiently and explained what they were doing as they went. When finished, they cleaned up quickly and were gone. They were a pleasure to work with and I would highly recommend them.

Following some mis-communications I am now back to satisfied. There has bee an issue with a floor replacement that was not the fault of Aladdin. Great door and windows.

When Charles the owner called to give me a quote, I was impressed that he took time to inform me of the process they use and how it's different from other companies. It wasn't a sales pitch but a sincere desire to help me make an educated decision. They were the lowest quote of 3 that I checked and had the best warranty. The technicians were on time, very professional, and knowledgeable. They finished ahead of schedule, too! I would highly recommend Aladdin Insulation for air duct cleaning! They are a trustworthy company!

I checked with a few companies before hiring Aladdin. Rob (the salesman) thought they could do an area of the cathedral living room, which it turns out they could not, price was adjusted at the time of install. The work was done well, and the installers were great as well. Rob (2 lol) and Justin (I think? Sorry, I am bad with names!) There were a couple little hiccups - like the area they couldn't do, and they dropped a screw for an antique light switch plate, they didn't find and I haven't yet either, so now I have this obnoxious white dot (the gasket they put in) when I look at that switch (and cant just put a new shiny screw there). BUT overall, it was a great experience. Great price, great value, great warranties etc. and I am happy. I have already seen a difference in the air/heat and temp of the house (although anything would have helped some, as there was next to no insulation in the house) - I went with R60 - and I am looking forward to next Summer to see some lower bills!! :) I feel I got a lot for my money, and have already recommended to several neighbors and friends. If I had more homes I'd use Aladdin for them all! :) Thanks Guys!!

For the price, which was a little higher than competition, we felt the warranty that came with the service was worth a little more. We went with the 22" blown insulation (r-60). To early to tell. The installers were great and very professional. 2.5 hrs, 2800 sq ft.

The work was done last week. It's too early to tell if the Attic heat factor will be kept under better control. We raised the R rating to R-60 at the advice of the Electric Company.

Both Rob and Justin were thoroughly professional, as well as personable. They explained all aspects of the installation and went on to explain the warranty, and cleaned thoroughly upon completion. Charlie was very helpful when bidding the job. I was very pleased, and will recommend the company.

The team was excellent - they finished the work on time and kept the workplace clean. The owner, Charlie did a great job, explaining what was necessary and what was not needed to get the best return for our investment.

It was finally good to find good customer service in the area. The quote was done on-site and they showed up when they said they would. Besides that, we are happy with the work that was done.

Strongly recommend Alladin. Very professional in every way from the evaluating the project, the quality of the proposal, to actually performing the work ... and at a very competitive price. Got 2 other bids and while the other guys quoted a cheaper price there was no comparison in what they were offering compared with Aladdin. Can't say anything but good things about Aladdin and would use them again.
