After getting vague responses or a flat no when I called all the big glass and window repair people about repairing cracked decorative glass panels by our front door, I was delighted to find Mark at Accents in Glass. He answered the phone personally, asked detailed questions about the glass, and asked me to email him photos. He got right back to me with an estimate and we made an an appointment. He showed up exactly on time, with the right equipment and several different kinds of decorative glass to be sure of an exact match.
It was interesting watching him work. He removed the irregularly shaped broken panes, cut the replacements to fit, and slowly, carefully, meticulously worked the leading back between the panes. The final result is perfect. The bill was exactly as estimated.
Mark is a true craftsman, and fun to talk to. A great find!
