I think the siding was put up fine but I just thought that it was a bad wood that was not taken down. I'm still having some problems. They did come back. I did have them come back twice and looked at it. They all said that it wasn't rotten wood. When they came and gave me the quote, they said that they were going to take down all the bad and rotten wood. What they kept telling me was that they didn't find any bad wood. A few months after they left, I had a leak around the windows. I still have that leak now. They came back and said it was because I needed to replace the windows. I know but some of that wood was in bad condition before they put the vinyl on top of the that wood. They were so kind and so nice. Their price seemed to have been fair. It was alright and it was good. Their punctuality was great.

"[Member name removed] was a very kind customer , all work was completed just like i told her it would be, there was not any rotted wood found , i also informed [member name removed], from the first time i met her that the windows needed to be replaced , the water is coming from the windows , she declined to change the windows in this area, there is nothing else i could have done to prevent her problem , except change the windows , we enjoyed working for her , and explained every thing we could to her , and until she changes these windows , she will still have a problem , like we imformed her from day one , if she ever wanted us to fix the problem , we would be honard to work for her again , !!!!"

The crew were very prompt and cleaned up after each workday. Kindness and respect were shown in their workmanship. The overall project went very well and in the end I am a very pleased homeowner who will recommend this company to anyone wanting honest hardworking people to do a good job.
