STAPLES THE OFFICE SUPERSTORE

Computer technical support can be expensive and hard to find when you need it most. I tried Staples' free tune-up and have used them ever since. Recently when I could not access the internet and my cable company insisted it was my problem, I could have had a very large bill having a computer repair person check it out. Fortunately, Staples technician plugged my computer into their cable and proved it was not my computer with the problem.Since I had already spent a couple of hours on the phone with the cable company on the issue, I was quite relieved to find out what the problem really was. The cable co.did fix their problem then. Staples has saved me some major frustration and expense and I appreciate their technical staff. The only problem I had was that it took about a week for them to do the free tune-up on my laptop, but worth it. I have also purchased office supplies at Staples and have found the staff helpful and their prices reasonable. I recommend Staples office supplies and particularly its technical support department.
