love the energy savings, but still have a smell

Nothing much to tell. Company called for annual visit (as always). Scheduled convenient time for technician to come for the inspection. Technician called first; arrived promptly. Dehumidifier checked, cleaned, and adjusted as necessary. The technician (Taz) was friendly, professional, and perfectly willing to access the difficult crawlspace as if it was just "all in a day's work".

The installation was complete in one day. They put 4 workers on the job. It went without a hitch. My wife decided to have the excess water flow out into the flower bushes from the de-humidifier pump. So the water is not wasted. So far the wooden floors are returning to the normal shape. But have a little ways to go. The company provides a de-humidifier sensor that you keep inside your house. It allows us to monitor the humidity level under the house to know that it is working. Gives us a sense of comfort. \
The company does require a 5 year contract to provide service to your home and check the entire system and maintain it.
The price seems reasonable considering the cost saving to your home.
