Railway Freight

We paid $1,000.00 in the first month. They delivered the bed about a week later and it had a lot of issues. When it came in, I expected it, it had some messed up wood and they told me they would set it up and then order a new bed. A week later when we were sleeping we heard a large cracking noise and when the guy came out the slats under the bed had totally cracked. They did put metal slats in but this was a couple of months ago and we still have not received the new bed. We had an issue with one of the new night stands and they are supposed to be getting a new one as well. The sales people there are dangerous as they are just trying to sell and they do not take time to follow up on defective materials. We spoke with the owner and he did acknowledge that we had been patient and he gave us his word that we would have a new bed this week. When we called before this we asked to speak with the manager and the salesperson tried to pretend to be the manager and I recognized the voice. He did use inflammatory language over the phone and I just told him that they could take the items and refund us and he backed down. He promised returned calls and he never followed through before this as well. The manager was professional but everyone else was just trying to make money.
