I thought they were very easy to work with. I received other estimates and Pollocks pricing was right on point. They were also very honest.

The company called to schedule the spring checkup. They called before they came to allow me time to put our dogs outside. The time in the house was not long. I signed the paper from the tech and they were gone. Our base unit is in the attic so have to enter the house to pull down a staircase to go into area to service unit.

My overall experience with this company is detailed in previous section. Completely unacceptable but I was forced to accept it because I had no alternative except to try to recover expenses through legal means which i could not afford to do.
