septic tank
 + -1 moreMathis Septic Service fully took advantage of my elderly parents! Shame, shame, shame on him!! He will have his day in front of God! I am disgusted by his cavalier & uncaring attitude! Apparently his reputation means NOTHING to him.
Description of Work: I had trouble with my parents' septic tank backing up on July 3, 2010 When the company came to fix it they ended up digging up the problem at the same place as Mathis Septic Svc work was done on 4/8/2003. We discovered then that the problem originated with Mathis' shotty work. The problem was a faulty sewer pipe repair. Mathis Septic used a piece of tin to repair this pipe in 2003. Mathis then poured concrete (sackcrete) over the piece of tin & called that repairing a septic pipe! My new contractor as well as myself was absolutely flabbergasted!! I called Mr. Mathis to complain & he was rude & unprofessional about the whole thing. He basically told me it was my problem & he did not plan to do anything about it nor did he care. Again I was flabbergasted! He didn't even offer an apology! I would never, EVER, recommend his company to anyone.
