See Comments Above- Overall the experience lacked professionalism. I would not recommend Landscape Solutions.
While the hardscape project turned out to meet our expectations we experienced poor service from a follow up perspective. Our project was to landscape and irrigate our back yard upon the completion of a new pool. We obtained several bids from local landscape companies and decided to go with Landscape Solutions because they offerred the best price and a 1 year guarantee on their plants. The paver work did turn out to meet our expectations; however, we lost many plants during the first year. Landscape Solutions insisted from the beginning that they install the irrigation system to ensure the appropriate watering of the plants. We followed their advice and still lost many plants. We were made to feel that it was our fault for not watering enough which was completely untrue. In fact our water bill increased by $200 a month due to our increased watering schedule. Landscape Solutions failed to honor the replacement of all of the plants that were planted inappropriately. Our calls have not been returned which is typical given they were rarely answered when the project was underway.
