+ -1 moreIn the beginning Mr. McKenzie was nice and easy to deal with until the first problem came about. Then he wouldn't do anything to fix anything to fix any of the problems. The frot door would completely come out and when he was told about this he said to just put the door back and he would fix it later, it never got fixed, instead my husband fixed it.
Description of Work: I rented property from this individual and he is a SLUM LORD. When he was told about the duct work under the house was leaking cold air, he said he wasn't going to do anything about it. He is not professional and doesnt care about his tenants. Terrible Person to work with.
