This was a large contract, and I wanted a AAA products and warranties. This was the third Owns Corning roof I had purchased for my homes. Owns Corning has a transferrable warranty to the next owners, plus Helen's Roofing guaranteed their labor for five years and its was also transferrable to the next owners. The job went extremely well, no problems. They started the job on time, and worked until it was completed. Due to Hail Damage they worked with my Homeowners Insurance Company. I would hire then again -- in a heart beat. They are the best! Helen's Roofing is a Certified Owns Corning Roofing Company. This is important for the Warranty to be enforceable and transferrable. Finally, my roof is down right Beautiful! Your roof is a huge part of your home's overall appearance. I am very happy; and the roof has performed outstandingly through one of the rainiest springs and summers in Albany's history; and coldest winters.
