BOB TURNIPSEED FLOOR COVERING

Mr. Turnipseed, his son and another worker, arrived at my house as scheduled, on April 14, 2011, at 9 AM. The first thing he said to me was that they would NOT wear the shoe covers I supplied (and he wore) when he came out to estimate the job. I should have turned him away at this point. He stayed a few minutes then left and I did not see him again. The two men he left here did the work. They made several trips in and out of the house to get supplies, machines, etc. I was extremely upset as they brought more dirt in on their shoes. They did stretch and clean the carpets but the job was not well done. The corners of all carpet in the closets, the carpet under the closet doors, plus the carpet around a floor heat vent were still dirty. About the only areas that got any cleaning were those areas on which they could spray a solution and use a rotating machine. They were in my house from 9 AM till 12:30 PM. I was extremely disappointed in the job and think that, for $475.00, I should have had a better outcome.
