BUYER BEWARE!!!  I had Albany Heating and Air install a new heat pump a few of years ago and have had them under contract to maintain the heat pump since new.  EVERY TIME they come out, the freon has been low....ever since the FIRST VISIT.  They kept telling me that they could not find the leak....and every time it cost me $100 or more for them the try to find the leak and replace the freon.  This has been going on since they installed the unit.  They just came out this morning for the twice annual service, and again they want to charge me for trying to find the leak and replace the freon.  Sorry Albany Air....you should have fixed the problem when it was first discovered and it was still under warranty.  I refuse to do business with these guys again, and HIGHLY RECOMMEND you don't fall for them giving you the "business" like they have me. 

They are excellent and I would highly rate them. They are always very prompt and have everything clean and neat. They always tell me about any problems that might be showing up or anything that needs to be done right away.

They were very good. When they were installing the unit, they had hit a pipe under the house and they came out and got that straightened out.

It was a great experience. Phil Smith helped me reason out a solution and pointed me in the right direction as far as what to do. In the past they have worked for my in A/C maintenance and they have been fair. I would call them every time for my heating and air-conditioning needs. All workmen, Richard, Hector and Phil were profession, on time and knowledgeable.

The maintainance man arrived in the time period he had said he would. He found the problem within a short period of time, and was able to fix it there and then. Was polite and very helpful

We have had this company service our HVAC since we bought the house seven years ago. They have alwys been promt for service and very professional. We will continue to use thier service.

Our air went out on a Friday afternoon the day after Christmas. This is not the warmest time of year for us, but as we live in southwest Georgia, it was still uncomfortable. The unit had been serviced by Albany Air the week before, and the technician found nothing wrong with our unit. My husband called the company and got the technician that was on call for the weekend. He explained our problem to the technician, but the unit had started to work again. The technician said if we had any more problems to call him back and he would come right out. The next day the unit went out again. My husband called the technician back and he came out to inspect the unit. He found that the motor bearings were bad, and the bearings were in a sealed casing. This ment that the motor needed to be replaced. When we received the bill, we found that the company charged us $264.00 for the motor, did not charge for two smaller parts they had also replaced, and did not charge us a service or labor fee, even though it was a holiday weekend when we made the call. They also credited us $70.00 from our previous regular service that we had the week before our call. I honestly think this was the best service that I have ever received from a service company of any kind. We will difinately continue to use Albany Air for all of the future services on our unit, and would recommend them to anyone.
