We are very pleased.  They got rid of all the termites.  They were polite and on time.

They came out the fist thing in the morning and they where working under my house they had found a water leak.  They had to stop so I could get that fixed.  When I did I called them to let them know it was fixed they were out  two days later in the morning and finished the job.   I don't go under my house, but what I can see they did a very nice job.  My termite man has been under my house and he told me it is very dry under there.  So the system that Adams put in for me is working very well.  I have had water problems and wets ground problems for a long time.  I had Southern Comfort and to find out that they put in the wrong kind of dehumidification unit in.  Adams corrected that and put in the right kind for me.  They did a great job and I am happy with what they did.

I've used them for probably 18 years or so and they're reliable. I don't have pest. I don't have cockroaches or any kind of pest. Whatever they do works and I have pets and I raised my children in this house and I have a grandchild and the product they use is safe.

He was right on time and very professional. He didn't mind that my house was not squeaky clean and asked permission before opening any door to any room or looking through cabinents for possible pest problems.

The service has been pretty effective.  They are very prompt and very courteous.  They are very professional.

The overall experience is excellent. I don’t know about the price because my husband pays the bills. They were out the next day when I called them for spraying around the house. I would recommend them.

We like that they are very reliable and they come back if we have any problems.  The man that comes to the house is very friendly.  We have had them for 17 years.

I use them monthly.  They are punctual.  They come in and do a good job.

They come out every month. I think their price is high, but I am sure it is the same price as everyone else charges. I like the owner and technician. They are reliable and trustworthy. I have been using them for almost ten years. I have had a couple of complaints, and they came right out to address it.

For the termite protection they charge $250 a year and for pest control, since combined I have more than one services with them it is $28 a month. I would definitely recommend them. The biggest thing is, if you do have any problem, they come back and they keep coming back until it is corrected or fixed. I would use them again in the future if I needed to.

I am pretty satisfied with their work. They did a real good job. Their prices are about normal.

They didn’t just do my spraying, but they also installed my humidifier under my house for technical dry run and to protect us from humidity and moisture in the house. Our house is down the south and we are very moist and it can ruin the flooring in our house and we will have to have them all replaced like all the wood in my floor and everything. They put this in just a few months ago and it’s been excellent, and the humidity levels dropped down to nothing, and it’s really clean and dry, and I have the dehumidifier that runs all the time, and they come out twice a year to make sure it’s running properly. It’s like a service they came out and do it after we have put it in. If the humidity gets above 80%, I just call them and then they’ll will come out and check on and see what’s wrong may be something is clogged or something like that. It’s very important to keep my house underneath 85%. They are really good. They came out and gave us an estimate, and it was reasonable. They came out and did it immediately, and had all the work done within like a day and it was all done and going. They are very professional, and quick to respond.

They got rid of the termites. Steve is really nice. He sits and talks with me when he comes over. They have a family oriented business.

They are good.  They come and do most of the jobs because they are contracted with the people I rented from. I haven't had any problems with any bugs or anything with those people.   What ever they use works whether it is for spiders or bugs. We have never had any problems with them.  If I see something I can call my landlord and he would have them out the very same day.  If they are contracted to come out every few months then they are always here.  They check for termites and things and they do that on a regular basis may be twice a year.   

They can actually go under our house because it is raised above the ground. So they go under the house, and do all the inspection underneath and around the perimeter. As far as the business itself is concerned, I have been very pleased. We would use them again in the future.
