"Overall, it was a good experience. AAA put down a vapor barrier and installed a Santa Fe dehumidifier with sump pump. The result is that we can now use the stand-up basement/crawlspace to store things under the house without ruining them. This is the part that you need to know. The installation was not without problems. First, they broke an A/C drain pipe, second, they cut a sprinkler controller wire while running a PVC pipe. Here's my take, accidents happen but how does the business respond to these issues? Well, Donna was very quick to send her team out to correct the problems and they even paid for the damage to the sprinkler system. To me, that's top notch customer service. Any business can make a mistake, but how they handle it is the mark of a good company. Every time I lift the roll door and go into the basement now, I'm amazed at how cool and fresh the air is down there. No more mildew and no more smell."

"Awesome experience. Purchased home with open crawl space that was deteriorated with hanging insulation, and breeding ground for rodents and waste. Researched crawl space options and interviewed several companies to compare. Greg was honest, informative and provided an option that encapsulated the raised crawl space, complete with dehumidifier and thick vapor barrier. He promised to come by annually to check and make any necessary adjustments and stood by his word - we had the project completed in 2015 and he came back in 2016 adding some sealer to small gaps that occured and will be scheduled him again to return soon for 2017 service. VERY happy we completed - the house smells much better (they disinfected underneath and spent time ensuring joists were clean), air quality and comfort level is greater and greater peace of mind with rodent exclusion. "Charles Rhoden and his team were awesome. When he came to look at the work to be done, I couldn't believe my eyes when he put on something to cover up his clothes and he was into the crawl space in a matter of seconds, closely inspecting the foundation under 2 bathrooms. I believe it was primarily the sills that needed replacing under both bathrooms, as well as a number of other smaller things under the bathroom. There was one primary worker on my job & he was great. He showed up on time several days in a row, worked steadily and was very professional. The one day he couldn't be on the job, he let me know the day before that he had a doctor's appointment the next day. No problem. The work was completed on time, on budget and I was very happy with the work done.
I was getting ready to go to graduate school and had to move out of town.
My house had been converted into a duplex and there was a big area of the floor sagging right in the front entrance of the rental unit. I contacted Charles and he took care of things. Because I didn't have the money to have the job done as it should be done, Charles had a worker come over to stabilize the problem. He poured a concrete base that would support 2"x 6" supports that, with one end on the concrete, they went up and supported plywood. The sub-flooring had rotted out due to water damage. the plywood was placed directly under the sub-flooring / floor and the 2" x 6" supports were put in place on a solid concrete base and the other end was against the plywood. Charles CHARGED ME NOTHING, at all. I couldn't believe it. He said to just think of him the next time I needed any type of foundation work done again.
Charles Rhoden and his team were excellent. The work came in on time, on budget and was done right. What more could you ask for? And then, he charged me nothing for a smaller job, a temporary support that lasted a good 7 or 8 years, when I renovated the house and this part of the sub-flooring was fixed.

"Elec72I started with using "Richard the Handyman" for a request to replace 2  sets of french door and some other sheet rock work that I had in the
house.  He did an excellent job on the doors and sheet rock repairs. In fact, I used Richard for about 2 to 4 weeks straight to make repairs to a rental house. Between Richard's work and the landscaper, the leasing agent wanted to sell the house due to the fact that it looked too good to be marketed as a rental. Ultimately, It was rented. What I  can say about Richard that his word is good.  He charges you what he says, shows up when he is suppose too, and finishes the job or jobs before moving onto his next client.  I used Richard to do the following  and I thought all of his work was very good and some of it was pure excellent.  He did the following; 1) Replaced 2 sets of french doors. The doors did not fit right that I had ordered.  He worked around the problem and came up with a great solution, 2) replaced a 32" basement door, 3) repaired sheet rock in walls,  4) repaired 3 or 4 spots in stippled ceilings.  Out of the 4, only one was the repair obvious.  You could not see the repair on the other 3.  5) He leveled a tub for me and
repaired all damage to sheet rock and tile. 6) He painted the living room and ceiling.  His paint work is excellent.  7) He repaired appliances for me. 8) He installed a microwave, bathroom fan, security light, repaired a wiring issues, 9) installed 2 toilets and snaked the pipes for me. 10) He replaced a water heater and repaired an outdoor bid hose faucet.  11) he installed a sump pump in my crawlspace to deal with water problem.  12) He repaired carpet, cleaned carpet, and did a touch up job on the house to make it more appealing.  13) He pressure washed the exterior. Overall, Richard did a great job and will do about any job that you have.  He is honest and never deceived or took anything from me and kept his word through the 4 weeks.  When he could find a way to save me money, he did. What else is to be said."
