"Premium Electric prides itself in providing quality service. In order to provide service to the specifications of customer request, we first give a verbal consult followed by a written quote. The request was to move the panel box out from inside of her closet and she further wanted a sub panel located inside of a room she planned to make a laundry room. She also mentioned of her plans to install central heat/air. I gave her options which included relocating the main panel outside which would save a lot of money and also serving the purpose of the heating/air company having easy access to the panel box. She agreed that this sounded like a great idea. Furthermore, I gave her a written quote that outlined these plans as well to which she agreed with. It is also worth mentioning that Ms. P. was on site throughout the entire time my crew and I were working. The next day, she decided that was not what she wanted after all and wanted it changed. I told her that I would be more than happy to relocate the main panel for her again, but there would be additional cost because it would require running a bunch of wire. She got the exact service that she agreed to through our conversation and through a written quote. It is unfortunate that Ms. P. was not satisfied with the end result, but we did exactly what she initially wanted. After litigating this matter through magistrate court, the judge ruled in the company's favor. As the evidence proved, we provided the exact services that were agreed upon."
