This young professional man first came to see what work was needed and quoted me a price of $700.00. He then came back on the day he said he would, calling me first to make sure the time was still okay. He did all the work as described, plus he did extra work of moving excess brush piles, dumping a utility trailer of brush that had been piled up, and clearing more land than had originally been discussed. He went above and beyond the work required and then charged me $50.00 less than expected. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND this young man for any grading work. We will be hiring him again, to do other bobcat clearing for us and grading of our yard.
Description of Work: Using his own bobcat, he cleared underbrush and some smaller trees to prepare an area for a gravel pad to hold a 26 ft travel trailer. He also smoothed out a graveled area of ''crusher run'' type gravel that had previously been delivered, but not distributed evenly. Previously cleared tree branches and other brush that had been piled up by my husband was also moved back into a wooded area. He had delivered one load of # 57 gravel, which he spread and graded for drainage for the pad.
