"Dear Mr. B. -In response?. As stated previously, EcoStrike followed Standard Protocol as outlined by the Assessment Report provided by the Mold Inspection Company. -We emphatically deny your claim that there were abuses committed. We are a highly respected company in this community. We have NEVER had any other client file a complaint with the BBB. -Although we understand your frustration due to the issue of mold in your residence and the inconvenience that it caused you, please understand we followed the protocol as provided by Integrity Mold Inspections. -We spoke to your insurance carrier and they specifically told us that they did not feel our estimates and final invoice charges were excessive. The insurance representative told us that she had advised YOU that this was a "LARGE" job. -The referred to equipment was required to be kept on continuously?. as requested in the Mold Assessment Report. -The methodology of applying adhesive and tape to protect areas not affected by mold is COMMON in the remediation process and AS REQUESTED by the Mold Assessment report. -Applying adhesive and tape was not for "No Avail", as you received a clear of mold/positive post remediation report. -Irma hit Florida in early September, it was a busy time for our industry. With your permission (signed authorization of benefits document) we submitted all required documents to your insurance company, as soon as we were able to compile and thoroughly complete the billing."
