Mike showed up exactly on schedule, diagnosed and fixed the problem in under an hour by adding freon. He was very friendly, polite and professional. He gave me a thorough explanation of the condition of my A/C system, and offered a few options to bring it up to current standards. I would highly recommend him.

He made arrangements to contact the person leasing our property and was able to coordinate the work in a very short amount of time. Once the part arrived, he installed it on a Saturday and even sent me before-and-after photos. I called Cool Mountian Air because I was having issues with my upstairs unit. I spoke with Mike and he was very knowlegeable and friendly so I decided to have him come out and take a look. Mike arrived when he said he would and quickly assessed the problem. Mike gave me a quote on what it would take to fix the issue. I called around to a few other places over the next few days to get multiple quotes and found Cool Mountain's price to be the best. Called Cool Mountain and they were able to come out the following day. Very happy with their work and would call them back (but hopefully won't need to!).

The owner came out on one of our coldest days. He showed up when he said he would be there. I told him our whole outside unit was a solid block of ice. He found the problem right away. He had it fixed in no time. He was punctual, professional and fair priced. I will definitely use him again.
