+ -1 moreIt was a cold day, but Charles and his wife and sons (also certified inspectors) went over the large house inside and out, crawling through small attic and crawlspace access doors. They found little things that I would never have noticed, as well as some important things that I knew nothing about. In less than three days they provided a 56-page report complete with pictures and recommendations for correcting the problems they found (and pointed out some good stuff, too). I am very impressed and would not hesitate to hire them again.
Description of Work: The Cokers performed a very careful inspection of building structure, interior features, appliances, and all utility systems.
