The job was completed as promised.  I did have a small issue but it was handled in a professional matter to my satisfaction.  Once Mike (the owner) was made aware of the problem he followed up immediately and resolved the problem.

This is not the first time that we have had to purchase a new roof. About 10 other houses have had to replace their roofs in our area and they had gone with RenTech. Their roofs were beautiful. Mike came on time to give us our estimate which spoke to us that they felt our time was important too. They came on the day scheduled took off old roof, replaced it all in one day. They were all very diligent, did the job with excellent results and cleaned up after themselves. The only thing they left behind was one nail found in the grass. My roof looks beautiful and it perked up the whole house. I would defiantly use them again. The previous roofer did not do any of these things. RenTech gets a gold star from this family.
