Very smoothly! Bo and Shannon were extremely professional. Installation was installed quickly! They explained how to clean the shower glass and that I needed to wait 24 hours before using so the silicon could dry. They were also considerate of my dog. Suggested I make sure that the dog didn’t try to lick the silicon until it had dried. I would definitely use Superior again!

This is my second time using Superior Shower Doors. I went back again because their doors are the most truly "frameless" there are (no metal clips at the bottom of the doors to cause problems later) & because my first product with them stood the test of time. They told me what was needed and what would be a waste of money. They call you back promptly and were very responsive to my short time frame. Kenny is a hoot & he has the experience to keep you from making costly mistakes (we're DIYers and would have made a couple if he hadn't pointed some things out to us). If you can dream it, they can do it. They beat everyone else's price (icing on the cake). I love these guys and will be going back again when we do our basement. They did a really great job. They were quick to respond and arrived on time for both the measuring and install. I didn't have to take a lot of time off work to wait for the installers. The shower door looks great and it only took a couple of weeks from the initial estimate, until the door was installed.

Very straightforward. There was one SNAFU when a the incorrect size came in, but they caught it before installation. Price was fair.

They were able to put in a tricky custom shower door and window. They were so easy to set up an appointment with and so easy to contact the owner. I tried the big box store and they were unable to help and didn't even know where to start with my difficult project. The guys at Superior came to my house the day after I called them and they knew exactly what to do and totally understood my vision. Thank you!!! Highly recommend.

34Called Robert for quote.  We sent him a picture of the walk in shower and he quoted within minutes.  We had him order the glass which took about a week.  We then scheduled the install and he was prompt, courteous and completed the installation quickly and perfectly. Will call Superior again when the need arises.

Superior Shower doors is a low overhead business run by two brothers.  While there is nothing fancy about the operation, that allows their pricing to be extremely competitive and their work was very well done.  The brothers were very responsive when I reached out to them for the initial quote and timing of delivery.  They took extra time to check out another shower door that was installed by someone else to see if they could make improvements. I appreciate their willingness to take a few extra minutes to check something out for the homeowner and go the extra mile.  I would definitely use Superior Shower again.

The doors and hardware accurate in what we expected. The glass was quality so was the hardware. The measurements were "spot-on" because the installation was pretty flawless. Technicians were very professional and knowledgeable. They arrived on time and cleaned up before they left. The custom shower doors fit perfectly and were installed properly. We are still very happy with the product and installation. No problems. Would definitely recommend to others.

I called several contractors for quotes. Robbie's quote was reasonable was reasonable and uncomplicated. I told him what I wanted and he gave me an estimate over the phone. When I called him back to hire him, he came over and measured the shower for the doors. He said it would take approximately 6 days for the doors to come in and be installed. One week later, Robbie called and said the doors were ready. We scheduled a time and he came over with his brother. They did a beautiful job. They were very professional and personable and we are very happy with the job they did. We highly recommend Superior Shower Doors.

I decided on a Saturday to hire a company on my own for our frameless shower door (surround) rather that using one our not-to-reliable bathroom remodeler was planning to use. Robert called me back right away even though it was Saturday and came out right on time Monday morning to do the measuring. He called in earlier in than promised that the door was in and was ready to install it at our convenience. Unfortunately we had to put this off a few days because of our bathroom remodeler. But Superior was very flexible in working with our schedule. The installation went smoothly and the surround looks great! I'm surprised about the bad review here, but the reviews on Kudzu are good and are more like my experience.

Robert did everything himself from taking precise measurements, to delivering and installing the glass. He did have some help on the installation. He did not have the correct shower door handle that we ordered, but came out a week later to bring the correct one. Initially, everything was fine with the shower glass. However, we he came out to install the correct handle, he also had to adjust the shower door because it was leaning in too much from the wall and had become uneven. A few weeks later, the shower door had been noticably leaning again, and there was at least a 1/4" difference in the height of the door and the adjacent glass. The door became very difficult to open and I feared that the uneven weight would harm the granite curb, the tile or the adjacent glass. Upon closer observation, I noticed that the tile that the bottom door hinge was screwed into was cracked all the way across at both the top screw and the bottom screw.
We called Robert right away and informed him of the situation. He said that they are not responsible for cracked tiles, but that he would come look at it the next day. He did not show up when he said he would and instead came the following day after his missed appointment with another gentleman (his son maybe?). They proceeded to stand on my white floor mat while unscrewing the door, making it filthy and never once thought to move it to the side. Once the door was removed I noticed that one of the 4 screws was never drilled in, it was just a black sharpie mark, and I pointed it out to Robert. I mentioned that the missing screw may have been a cause for the leaning, but he did not respond to that. I asked if he used a proper diamond bit to make the holes in the tile for the screws to prevent cracking and he admitted that he preferred to use the cheapest tools because they work the best for him. He said that he would come back and re-install the shower door once the tile was replaced, and that it is normal for tiles to crack and that shower glass installers are never responsible for cracked tiles. FYI, I called another shower glass installation company today and they disagreed with his stance, and said that they would always take responsibility if they caused the crack to occur.
I then explained to Robert that I would be traveling extensively for the next several weeks and would not have time to get to it, but he seemed to not care and never offered to hire a tile installer to replace it or cover any of the costs associated with replacing the tile. I haven't been able to use my master bath shower in over a month, and called him today to ask that he either hire someone to replace the tile, or refund part of our money so that we could do it. He knew that I was upset with the situation and that I felt he should take responsibility for cracking the tile and therefore having to replace it. He said he would not take responsibility for it, claimed that no shower glass company would, and hung up the phone on me.
I am so upset that he could treat his customer so badly and be so insulting and rude. We paid him a lot of money to do a job correctly, and he will not even take responsibility for fixing a tile he clearly cracked. I do not expect him to personally fix the tile, but I do expect that he would hire a professional to do it in a timely manner. I will try to include photos.
