SUPERIOR PRO CONSTRUCTION

They did a roof repair and never plugged the holes where the tarp was nailed down. It later caused leaks in the ceiling. They did not want to come back out to fix it, saying they aren't a roofing company. Well, that didn't stop them from accepting the job. I would never use them again.

Siding replacement- good. Paint after 6 trips and 4 coats- good Paint was sprayed on to roof shingles in several places. Due to the poor nature of the original paint job, heavy foot traffic on shingles damaged them in several places. Sloppy job. We paid a premium price for a street vendor job. Problem has carried on without resolution for over 6 months. Pictures available.

I used this company because of the rating on Angie?s List. I needed a company who could handle the size of the job and they proved they can do it. Once they had other jobs lined up, it seemed to take them away a little more, but they did finish the job and I am happy with the results. I will use this company in the future.

Jeff and his team were excellent. Jeff came himself to provide the quote. There was no sales pressure. He is very laid back. His crew were on time and they did a great job of cleaning up the work site each day. All of our concerns were addressed. They did everything they said they would do and more. There were a couple of tricky areas with the siding replacement. Jeff assured us not to worry - that he wuold do the work just like it was his own house. I really believe he did. We would not hesitate to hire Superior Pro for other jobs.

I had called three contractors to get bids and Superior Pro not only came back with the best price, but Jeff Rittman was very honest and looked to save me money with everything he did. Superior Pro started the work at the beginning of the week and were completed by that Friday. Jeff showed up during each phase and made sure everything was running smoothly without any intervention from me. Superior Pro had blended in the new Hardieplank siding with the old LP siding with no issue, and after completion the house looked brand new. I will use Superior Pro again on my next exterior project, and I have recommended them to my friends as well.

They did an excellent job on all aspects of the job. Jeff kept me updated. They were not the cheapest or the most expensive, but I'm very glad I picked them to do the work.

I thought they did a good job. There price was reasonable and the quality was good. I was satisfied the work performed.

It was a very good experience working with Superior Pro Construction and Superior Pro Painting. Everything was handled professionally and the work was done exactly as promised. The entire crew were very professional and responsive to my requests. I hired a dishonest contractors in the past so I made sure I followed up my research on Superior Pro before hiring them. I called every one of their references (more than 20 people) and all of them said they were very pleased with Superior Pro and would hire them again. I also checked to ensure their insurance and workmen's compensation were in effect and that they were in good standing with the Better Business Bureau.

Superior Pro did an excellent job for us. Jeff came out himself and quoted the job. He obviously knew the siding business well pointed out a few things that I knew were wrong that the other prospective estimators did not catch. We were just looking for quotes at the time to budget for the project-but then decided we wanted the job done right away. Superior Pro managed to do the whole project from start to finish in a few weeks, despite the fact that we requested some extra detailing. They met the deadline, yet everything was done well. The crews came on time every morning, worked with only a lunch break, then cleaned up at the end of the day. The foremen for the siding crew and the painting crew were regular employees of Superior Pro as were most of the crews meaning they were experienced in the jobs of siding and painting. A major plus these days. All in all we would recommend Superior Pro for any siding and painting job.

Overall, it went very well. I only gave them a B because not one of the workers who arrived spoke English very well. Which makes it difficult to communicate.

I really like Superior Construction. They did a wonderful job on my home. They really take pride in their work and took time to explain to me what they were doing with each thing. They also gave me a estimate on other jobs like pressure washing home for a later date.

This company receives five stars with us. They are very dependable and knowledgeable about their trade. They kept us informed on the work being done throughout the process. The crew is very neat, clean, and they did the work very quietly. We will continue to use this professional company because they were very friendly and easy to work with.

Alan and his people were very professional. Showed up when expected and on time. Did the work efficiently, worked hard. Had a few minor issues (not unexpected with a job this big); but, Alan and the work crew did their best to correct all issue quickly and completely.

Dennis, the salesman and estimator for project, pinpointed exactly which trim items needed to be replaced due to dry rot. Everyone was professional, timely and fast workers. Just a few areas where small drips of paint landed on roof and porch. Great group of workers who took their time in order to not harm house, bushes or outside furniture.

Fantastic! Alan Silverman did exactly what he said he would do and for the price and time he said it would take. He returned phones calls and followed up even on the small questions. The crew kept the yard clean. I had two beautiful rose trellis' across my 2 car garage. Alan told me they would try to save them. I thought he was just saying it, but wouldn't really do anything. They went above and beyond and strapped them to my roof. 3 weeks later, the roses are back up over the garage, alive and looking great.

Salesman was punctual and listened to what we wanted quoted. He walked around the house, made notes and took measurements. Within three days we had an emailed quote. This was the lowest of three quotes--50% less than the highest and 33% less than the middle. We were concerned and expressed this to the company.They asked us to call references & when we did we found out that that they were the middle for other people. They invited us to visit a location where they were currently installing siding and we did. During installation the crew was very neat, cleaned up the property every night and carted off trash in a timely manner. After installation the house was painted, not just one coat, as others had quoted, but priming one day and finished coat the next day. Some boards appeared fine until they were painted and then defects were observed. They were replaced immediately and repainted. They even painted ladder marks left by the window installers 2 weeks later.

The job went almost exactly like Jeff said it would go. The whole crew is very nice and they work hard. They kept their supplies together pretty neatly on the side of the driveway so we could easily get in and out of the house. Crew kept coming back until job was done, not split off to another project. Any comments or questions that asked about the work were addressed quickly and easily. Jeff is great about returning your call just as quickly during the job as he is before getting the job. Also, there were no surprise expenses added onto the job. They were very experienced but also very flexible. For example, they explained the various options for dealing with the window trim but left the decision up to us. Basically these are hard working guys who are nice to deal with! I would recommend them for any size job.

Their quote was the best we had received, but that was not the main reason why we decided to use them. We were very impressed with the guy they sent out to give us our estimate. Alan was polite, professional and friendly. We had a very good feeling about the company based on that interview. The crew were very careful when taking down the old siding to stack the siding in the pine island, rather than on our lawn. Later they hauled it all away. They repaired any damaged or broken molding. The crew seems to really know what they were doing. Jeff, the owner of the company, came out frequently to see how things were going. The siding job took 7 or 8 days to complete. I believe the painting was complete in less than 3 days. We were extremely pleased with the whole process.

Superior Pro lived up to their name. They did a superior job, and I am very happy I called them. Alan returned my phone call and came to give me an estimate the same day that I called. Alan and his workers were always pleasant and focused on making sure I was satisfied. Superior Pro provided professional work and personal service. I will confidently recommend them to my friends, family, and neighbors.
