I have been taking tower and reformer classes for over a year now, and I cannot speak highly enough of the fitness benefits I have received. In addition to weight loss, I am more toned and have greater strength and flexibility. These latter two were of particular importance to me, as when I hit my 50's, I began experiencing joint problems. The instructors knew how to modify exercises for me in the beginning, and increased my strength to the point that I am now doing most exercises without modification.
